India's IPO success journey to continue next year as over Rs.1 trillion worth IPOs are in the pipeline

India has about Rs.1 trillion worth of IPOs to go public next year after a record year

With a tremendous record initial public offering(IPO) year of India, many companies are planning to go public next year which resulted in the IPOs worth over Rs.1 trillion in the pipeline for the next year thus making the Indian stock market successfull journey to be continued next year.

As of this year in 2021, around 63 Indian companies has raised a record Rs.1.19 trillion through their IPOs according to data from market tracker Prime Database.  And this is 4.5 times more than the previous year's 2020 when it raised about Rs.26,613 Crores through 15 IPOs. While twice the previous record holder year of 2017 when it raised a total of Rs.68,827 Crores.

And now it is set to break it's record continuously in the next year as according to Prime Database  currently 35 companies have already secured their market regulators approval for their IPOs of worth Rs.50,000 Crores from Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) for the year 2022.

And another 33 companies are waiting to get the regulatory approval from SEBI for their IPOs and has plans to raise about Rs.60,000 Crores. Thus already putting the IPOs of worth more than Rs.1 trillion for the next fiscal and point to be noted is that it excludes the much anticipated listing of Insurance giant LIC(Life Insurance Corporation).

Already this month we have seen major companies like Foxconn's subsidiary Bharat FIH and e-commerce giant Snapdeal filing their drafts for IPO to SEBI and still around six companies are estimated to be filing their draft papers for IPOs by the end of December this year.

The other prominent names which are about to go public next year includes Adani Wilmer Ltd, Go Airlines, Pharmeasy and Dehlivery.

The experts predict Indian stock market to have a busy and dreamful run for the year 2022 but can also face downward trends at some times depending on the global situations so investors needs to be careful in investing the stocks.
